OUR STAFF

Our staff is a carefully selected group of professionals who work as a team to provide our animal charges -- and their owners -- with the thoughtful attention and care to which they respond so well.

“Animals really matter to us,” says Kerri Mastrangelo (top right, with police dog, Armor, in for a check up), chief Vet Tech and Practice Manager. “For us, creating and operating a smaller practice is a pure luxury. We don’t have to rush, we can get to know the patient and the owner, and they get to know us -- in a comfortable, stress-free environment. It makes a huge difference on both sides of the examining table. For us, at Water’s Edge, what we do isn’t just work ... it’s a labor of love.”

Kim, (top, middle, right) and Jen, snuggle with Duke, a rescued Pit Bull. You’ll usually meet Kim on the phone, when you call, or behind the desk in the waiting room when you enter Water’s Edge. “We love what we do here,” she says.“I think it shows in the way we interact with our clients and their owners.”

Terry (top, left), is most often found working behind the scenes, attending to her charges whose needs range from anything from nail clipping to post-surgical monitoring and care.

Jen, (top middle, right), our kennel manager, is a graduate of Essex Aggie with major in animal care.
